Target Audience: This course is ideal for healthcare professionals, students, and workplace personnel who need BLS certification for school, employment, clinical rotations, or job requirements. It is designed for nurses, EMTs, paramedics, physicians, medical and nursing students, dental professionals, and other healthcare or public safety workers who need to learn or renew CPR and life-saving emergency skills.
Course Description: The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Course teaches the critical skills needed to respond confidently during a cardiac emergency. This course includes hands-on training in CPR, AED use, rescue breathing, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants.
This training is based on the most current and evidence-based science, including the latest 2025 AHA Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Whether you are getting certified for the first time or renewing an existing card, this course ensures you are trained to the newest AHA standards.
What You Will Learn: By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Recognize when someone needs CPR and respond quickly.
Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants.
Use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively.
Provide rescue breathing using a mask or barrier device.
Perform effective ventilations with a bag-mask device (BVM).
Work as part of a team during emergency resuscitation situations.
Respond to choking emergencies for all age groups.

Key updates from the 2025 AHA BLS Guidelines .
High-quality CPR techniques that improve survival outcomes.
Adult, child, and infant CPR skills.
1-Rescuer and 2-Rescuer CPR scenarios.
AED training and real-world emergency response practice.

Hands-on skills testing and written evaluation.
Certification: After successfully completing the course skills test and written exam, participants will receive an official AHA BLS Provider eCard . Certification is valid for two (2) years and is recognized nationwide by employers, schools, and healthcare organizations.
