Welcome to the American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider Course at Sierra BLS, LLC. This course is designed for healthcare professionals who respond to emergencies involving infants and children, including those working in emergency departments, critical care units, pediatric units, and pre-hospital environments.

Our PALS course provides hands-on training and real-world pediatric emergency simulations to help you build confidence and sharpen decision-making skills during high-stress situations. All course material follows the most current evidence-based standards, including the latest 2025 AHA Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

Key Features:

  • Comprehensive Pediatric Emergency Training: Learn how to recognize and treat critically ill or injured infants and children, including airway management, respiratory distress and failure, shock management, and cardiac emergencies.
  • Hands-On Simulations: Participate in realistic, case-based scenarios designed to improve critical thinking, clinical judgment, and team performance.
  • 2025 AHA Guideline Updates: Train using the most up-to-date pediatric resuscitation science and AHA algorithms.
  • Experienced Instructors: Learn from AHA-certified instructors who provide guidance, coaching, and feedback throughout the course.
  • Nationally Recognized Certification: Earn an official AHA PALS Provider eCard upon successful completion.

Who Should Enroll: This course is ideal for healthcare providers who may respond to pediatric emergencies, including pediatricians, emergency physicians, family physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other medical professionals who need PALS certification for employment, clinical requirements, or professional development.

Prerequisites: Participants must have a current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A working knowledge of ECG rhythm interpretation and pediatric pharmacology is strongly recommended. Prior pediatric emergency training is helpful but not required.
